The construction work for the new commercial hall in the industrial zone of S-chanf has begun. The building will be ready for occupancy by next autumn 2024, where, among others, the Engadiner Bier brewery and the Grond bakery will move in. The construction method and architecture of the new commercial hall will be the same as that of the already completed Serlac Parc in 2011, located across the street.
